Grampians Gardens Tourist Park

Halls Gap

We are situated on the corner of the C216 Grampians Road and C222 Ararat Road, in Halls Gap.  We are situated about 2kms from the heart of Halls Gap and approximately 500m from the Halls Gap pub! A pleasant walking track connects Grampians Gardens Tourist Park with the town

Travelling from Melbourne?

Head out on the (A8) heading west for approximately 190km, continue until you reach Ararat.  Here you can choose to travel on to Halls Gap via the C222 (Not recommended at dusk or if you are towing a caravan), or stay on the A8 until you reach Stawell.  Continuing on the A8, turn left onto the C216 Grampians Road, and follow signs for Halls Gap.  After approximately 25km, you will see the 70km speed signs of Halls Gap. You will notice what looks like an old service station, this is now a grocery store.  We are located to the rear of this store.  Turn left on to the old forecourt and drive through to our reception area.

Should you decide to travel via the C222, follow the signs to Halls Gap and you will travel through the small villages of Moyston and Pomonal. After approximately 50km, you will come to a T junction with the C216 Grampians Road.  You would have just driven along our parks boundary and should have seen our red roofed cabins on your left.  Turn left at the T junction and immediately left onto the old forcourt and drive through to our reception area.

Travelling from Adelaide?

Head out on the (A8) heading East for approximately 430km, continue on the A8 through Horsham and follow signs for Halls Gap.  Here you can choose to travel onto Halls Gap via the sceneic route, C222 (Do not take this route if you are towing a caravan or at dusk) or stay on the A8 until you reach Stawell.  If continuing on the A8 to Stawell, turn right on to the C216 Grampians Road and follow signs for Halls Gap.  After approximately 25km, you will see the 70km speed signs of Halls Gap. You will notice what looks like an old service station, this is now a grocery store.  We are located to the rear of this store.  Turn left on to the old forecourt and drive through to our reception area. Should you decide to travel via the C222, follow signs to Halls Gap.  You will travel through Wartook Valley and over the mountain range.  After approximately 60km, you will come to a T junction with the C216 Grampians Road.  Turn left, continue over Delley Bridge and on for approximately 1.5km, you will pass the Halls Gap Hotel on your left, we are a further 500km on your right.  Turn right onto the old forecourt and drive through to our reception area.
